Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located near Ergo Arena, providing easy access to Trance Xplosion events, with a private gate to the beach. While the rooms are decent in size and very clean, noise levels from the busy surroundings can be bothersome. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, particularly in assisting with food deliveries via the WOLT app. The dining options, although good, lacked diversity for a 4-star hotel. The location, though bustling and popular in the summer, is a bit distant from central Sopot, requiring a long walk for varied dining choices.
The hotel offered clean and modern rooms, suitable for active individuals. Although towels were replaced daily, the cleaning service was inconsistent. The staff was friendly and helpful, contributing to a pleasant stay overall. The location was convenient for ordering food via apps and exploring the nearby attractions, but construction noise was a downside. The dining experience had a good variety but limited options for non-Polish speakers. The facilities were adequate, with some crowding in communal areas.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and nice, but the lack of air-conditioning was a downside, especially with temperatures in the 30s. I had to get used to the noise of raised voices, doors slamming, and constant coming and going. On the bright side, the hotel is very close to the sea, offering a great location for beach lovers.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not large, were comfortable and clean, providing a nice view of the sea. However, the prices felt steep, and there were some areas that seemed a bit tired. The hotel's proximity to the sea was a definite plus.
